My Journey Informs How I Help You Find Balance

“I understood that every flower created by Him is beautiful, that the brilliance of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not lessen the perfume of the violent or the sweet simplicity of the daisy. I understood that if all the lowly flowers wish to be roses, nature would no longer be enameled with lovely hues. And so it is in the world of souls, Our Lords living garden”
St.Therese of Lisieux
I Didn’t Just Learn This—I Lived It
A personal story of trauma, healing, and reclaiming the pause
My journey into women’s health didn’t start in a classroom—it started in survival.
I grew up carrying the weight of early trauma, and by my teens, my body was already bearing the cost. Hormone imbalance showed up early: debilitating migraines, estrogen dominance, endometriosis, cystic acne, and an exhaustion I couldn’t shake.
In my twenties, a tragic motorcycle accident left me in the ICU for three weeks. My close friend didn’t survive. That grief lived in my bones. What followed was a storm of diagnoses: autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, tick-borne infections, and gut dysfunction. I tried everything—restrictive diets, protocols, testing, supplements. I was doing “all the right things,” yet still felt broken.
Everything changed when I began to regulate my nervous system. Through brain retraining with DNRS (Dynamic Neural Retraining System), I finally started to heal—mentally, emotionally, physically. At the same time, I found myself spiritually bankrupt. I had explored everything: transcendental meditation, Buddhism, Ayurveda, acupuncture, yoga. All of it gave glimpses of peace, but never the deep restoration I longed for.
Then came a quiet, unmistakable calling to God. I had grown up in a secular world and didn’t know what to do with it—but I followed it. My relationship with God moved from something abstract to something I lived, after converting to Christianity. That spiritual restoration became my anchor—and the missing piece in my healing.
But just as my health stabilized, perimenopause hit—early, in my 30s. It felt like yet another betrayal from a body I had fought so hard to understand. Low libido. vaginal atrophy, night sweats, brain fog, anxiety that gripped me like never before. No one I knew had experienced this side of perimenopause. I felt alone in the dark.
Now I understand why. If you’ve lived with chronic illness or unresolved trauma, your body may enter perimenopause depleted. Your stress response is already heightened. Your hormone balance, already fragile. That’s why so many women like me—and maybe like you—struggle harder and earlier.
But I also know this: you can heal.
I rebuilt my life through personalized nutrition, mindful movement, nervous system regulation, and a deep connection to God. I call it Reclaiming the Pause. And now, that’s what I help other women do, too.
Today, I walk alongside women in perimenopause who feel like their body is betraying them. Who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and craving clarity. Together, we calm the chaos in your body, your brain, and your heart—through food, faith, nervous system healing, and full-body wisdom.
This is about more than symptom relief.
It’s about reclaiming your energy, your peace, your confidence—and yes, even joy.
You can feel good again.
You can wake up steady, clear, and connected.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
“I help women in perimenopause stop the suffering, fast-track their healing, and finally understand what’s happening—because I’ve lived the mess and made it my mission.”
