If an initial appointment has been scheduled be sure to upload your 7 day diet journal from myfitnesspal.com or another diet tracker (using a pdf file) via the secure simple practice client portal.

If you have signed up for the comprehensive package please log into your account and start tracking your food intake.

No, journals are required for new clients who sign up for the initial 75-90 minute appointment or packages.

It’s best to be as accurate and honest as possible so Lindsey can help you in your health journey. The journals are not used as judgement against you and your current diet but as an assessment tool to help meet and reach clients goals.

All nutrition appointments are personalized per the individual and health state and may vary greatly. Generally six appointments are recommended.  Some individuals choose to add a couple 1/2 hour appointments between longer visits for additional support.

Appointments can be spread from 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks apart depending on needs

Log into myfitnesspal.com on your desk top or laptop (will not work from phone app)

Click on “Foods” and scroll to the bottom of the page clicking the green icon button “Print Food Journal”

Select the start and finish dates you have food entires for, then click “update.” Scroll down and you will see your week of food entries.

On the top tool bar on your computer select “file” then “print.” Once you are at the print screen select “save as PDF” and tittle and save to your desk top or laptop in documents. Log into simple practice and upload the saved PDF from your document.

No, only the comprehensive package includes personalized meal plans with food logging software and fitness trackers. But Health & Harmony does provide recipes and other supportive tools with individual visits.
